I want to stay up north but dad won't let me.
We are heading south now back to Hobart. Plan to arrive in September.
Will I have to wear a jumper when I get home?
Tonight we are at Goldsmith Island.
Dear Finny, I would boo hoo hoo if you didn't come home. It is very cold down here at the moment so yes you will need a jumper. Catch some fish on the way south and enjoy the islands. love Mare Mare
Don't cry Finn just think of all the snow and frosts you are missing down here, it is so invigorating. Goldsmith Island is one that I have not visited. Were you able to go ashore? Any pictures would be great. Hope the weather has now settled for you as you push South. The Master Chefs are coming to Devonport. Ben, Kylie,Beau and Andy are two dinners at the Devonport Footy Club rooms next Friday and Sunday. Both dinners were sold out in two days. Bring the warm weather down with you. Popsicle
Hi Finny, have really enjoyed reading your blog posts, what an adventure you guys have been having. I love all the photo's, you will have to put a PowerPoint together when you get home so everyone can see some more of your adventure.. With the water skiing, did you get up first go??? The first time I tried it I think is swollen 1/4 of the lake we where on before I managed to get up!!!!! Yes, you will need a jumper on when you get home, but spring will be just around the corner to warmer weather, well we hope.
Have heaps more fun coming south & look forward to your next update
Hi Finny, I just read your blog tonight again. Liked the video of you swinging off the boat . Great fish you caught. How much fun was it water skiing, did you stay up for long? Great to hear about seeing the whales and all the other fish. Looking forward to having you back at school, Sam
